With over 23 years of hands-on experience, Jasbir Sandhu is a respected leader in compliance, known for delivering practical, ground-level transformation that strengthens factories from within.
She has led and supported 1500+ factory audits across social, environmental, sustainability, technical, and security compliance—helping businesses move beyond gaps and build structured, reliable systems that sustain long-term performance.
Her work extends across factories supplying to global brands such as Walmart, H&M, Target, and Inditex, where she has played a key role in aligning operations with international standards and strengthening supplier compliance systems.
Since 2018, she has represented a German brand in India, preparing and handling Brand Performance Audits conducted by the Fair Wear Foundation. In this role, she manages supplier compliance across India, conducts internal and unannounced audits, and ensures factories meet international labour, ethical, and sustainability standards.
Beyond third-party audits, she also represents multiple international brands, working closely with suppliers to strengthen compliance systems and maintain long-term global business relationships.
Jasbir Sandhu is a renowned and sought-after name among certification agencies, buyers, and buying houses for her ethical, value-driven compliance services, with a strong reference-based clientele built on long-term trust.
